1. How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are made to order, meaning your order will go to print within 1-5 business days of purchase.  You should received your order within 10 business days. 

2.  Can orders be done over the phone?

Unfortunately, we do not process any orders by phone. All orders must be placed directly on our online website.

3. What payment methods does COCO + REBEL accept?

  We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Visa

  • MasterCard

  • American Express

  • Discover

  • PayPal

4. Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide! Standard International shipping is $14.99 and takes 10-20 business days. This is the only option for shipping Internationally at this time. Local customers (Winnipeg) can arrange for pick up as it will be free or can choose delivery and will be charged a flat fee. 

5. What are shipping options in North America?

Standard: 5-10 business days-$8.49 

Expedited: 3-6 business days-$16.25

Express Shipping 1-2 business days: $39.99  ** please note your order must be placed before 7am PST for the order to go out the same day. If the order is made after the cutoff time it will ship the following business day.

6. How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped an email will be sent to you containing tracking information. Additionally please allow 24-48 business hours for your shipment details to update with Canada Post. 

7. How do I know my order has been placed?

Upon completion of your order a confirmation email with the details of your order will be sent to you. Please ensure your checkout process is complete until you reach the page containing your order number. If you have any additional questions feel free to contact our support team at info@cocoandrebel.com. One of our Customer Service representatives will be happy to assist you. Please note to check your spam folder as well as your email may have filtered into that folder. 

8. What if my order has not been delivered?

If after contacting Canada Post you still need assistance regarding locating your order feel free to contact us at info@cocoandrebel.com and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you.

9. I just placed my order, am I able to change it?

Since we do our best to ensure you will receive your package as promptly as possible, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order once it has been successfully placed.

10. Can I make an exchange?

COCO + REBEL  no longer processes exchanges, however, we are more than happy to process a return for you. Should you wish to select a different item, please place a new order online and we will ship your package to you as promptly as possible.
